Коротко: дані дому йдуть від інвертора до вашого телефона зашифрованими. Наш сервер бачить лише короткий знімок стану, щоб показати дім у Pult. Реклами й сторонньої аналітики немає.
Акаунт
Pult Energy - частина Pult. Ви входите в акаунт Pult поштою (одноразовим кодом), через Apple або Google, а застосунок підключається до акаунта кодом чи QR-кодом із кабінету. Ми зберігаємо адресу пошти й ідентифікатор акаунта - без них вхід неможливий.
Дані вашого дому
Біля інвертора стоїть маленький компʼютер (Raspberry Pi) з агентом Pult. Він читає інвертор кабелем, без хмари виробника.
- Зашифровано між домом і телефоном: поточний стан, графік відключень, статистика, журнал і команди для розеток. Їх передає ретранслятор Pult, але прочитати не може.
- Бачить сервер Pult: короткий знімок стану - заряд батареї, чи є світло, потужність мережі, дому й батареї, на скільки вистачить і наступне відключення. Він потрібен, щоб показати дім у застосунку Pult і в кабінеті.
Сповіщення
Сповіщення доставляє Apple Push Notification service. Вміст сповіщення зашифровано: його розшифровує сам телефон, тож Apple і ретранслятор бачать лише, що прийшла подія. Щоб доставити сповіщення, ретранслятор зберігає токен сповіщень вашого пристрою.
Виняток - панель на екрані блокування (Live Activity): iOS малює її прямо з пуша, тому для неї ретранслятор Pult і Apple отримують без шифрування лише короткий стан - є світло чи ні, з якого часу, заряд, на скільки вистачить і час планового увімкнення. Адреси й назви дому там немає: замість них випадковий ідентифікатор, а назву панель бере із зашифрованої тривоги на самому телефоні. Віджети показують дані, які вже є на телефоні.
Камера
Камера потрібна лише щоб відсканувати QR-код із кабінету й підключити дім. Знімки нікуди не зберігаються й не передаються.
Чого немає
- Реклами й сторонньої аналітики.
- Відстеження між застосунками й сайтами.
- Продажу чи передавання даних третім особам - крім випадків, коли цього вимагає закон; тоді ми можемо передати лише те, що маємо.
Як прибрати дані
«Налаштування → Відключити дім» відʼєднує дім від застосунку на цьому телефоні. Видалити акаунт Pult разом з усіма даними можна в налаштуваннях кабінету Pult або листом на [email protected].
Діти
Pult Energy не призначений для дітей, і ми свідомо не збираємо даних про них.

Privacy Policy
In short: your home's data travels from the inverter to your phone encrypted. Our server sees only a short status snapshot so it can show your home in Pult. No ads, no third-party analytics.
Account
Pult Energy is part of Pult. You sign in to a Pult account with email (a one-time code), Apple or Google, and the app links to the account with a code or QR code from the dashboard. We keep your email address and account identifier - sign-in does not work without them.
Your home's data
A small computer (Raspberry Pi) with the Pult agent sits next to the inverter. It reads the inverter over a cable, without the manufacturer cloud.
- Encrypted between your home and your phone: the current state, the outage schedule, statistics, the log and commands for your sockets. The Pult relay carries them but cannot read them.
- Seen by the Pult server: a short status snapshot - battery charge, whether the power is on, grid, home and battery power, how long it will last and the next outage. It is needed to show your home in the Pult app and the dashboard.
Notifications
Notifications are delivered by the Apple Push Notification service. Their content is encrypted and decrypted by your phone itself, so Apple and the relay only see that an event arrived. To deliver notifications, the relay keeps your device's push token.
One exception is the Lock Screen panel (Live Activity): iOS draws it straight from the push, so for it the Pult relay and Apple receive only a short status unencrypted - whether the power is on, since when, the charge, how long it will last and the planned power-on time. There is no address or home name in it: a random identifier stands in for them, and the panel takes the name from the encrypted alert on the phone itself. Widgets show data that is already on your phone.
Camera
The camera is used only to scan the QR code from the dashboard to link your home. Images are not stored or sent anywhere.
What there is not
- Ads or third-party analytics.
- Tracking across apps and websites.
- Selling or sharing data with third parties - except where the law requires it; then we can only hand over what we have.
Removing your data
Settings → Unlink home disconnects your home from the app on this phone. You can delete your Pult account with all its data in the Pult dashboard settings or by writing to [email protected].
Children
Pult Energy is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
